Manage access rights

Assign or remove read access

You can assign or remove read access to cases, documents, and contacts for individual users and groups of users.

Note: If you remove all users and groups, you remove the restriction on read access. This means that all users will have read access to this item.

  • Only you can read and edit your documents in the Personal draft state. You must release your personal draft documents (Change > Release personal draft) to allow other users access them. See Edit document state.

Note: If you remove all employees and groups, you remove the restriction on write access. This means that all employees have write access.
