Setting additional parameters for the Party field, such as type and role, always resets the field to default. When you configure the Party field, you must define a role and a type first and then select the Required setting.
This happens due to the changes of information and date search criteria in WorkZone Client 2014 R2 (3.1). Before you install version 2014 R2 (3.1), you need to delete the saved searches with the information or date criteria mentioned above in version 3.0 and then create these searches from a new in version 2014 R2 (3.1).
You cannot see the buttons when there is no connection between WorkZone Client and WorkZone for Office. To establish connection, activate ActiveX in Internet Explorer. See Check the key default settings to get the detailed instructions on how to do this.
This happens when you have enabled Protected mode in the Internet Explorer settings. To disable Protected mode, follow the instructions in Check the key default settings.
