Monitoring failed PDF/UA (Universal Accessibility) documents

You can track your organization's accessibility compliance by monitoring your outgoing documents that have a failed PDF/UA status through a query provided below. This is a useful feature for organizations that are committed to send accessible documents from WorkZone to, for example, citizens. You can use the provided query to gain insights into how WorkZone users in your organization work with PDF/UA and how often issues are being solved.

After you create and save the query in WorkZone QueryBuilder, you can add it as a search list to your dashboard and navigation pane in WorkZone Client. See Creating lists from queries in the WorkZone ClientUser Guide.
