About process logs

Process logs record additional information about process instances. You can review them, for example, to troubleshoot a failed process.

  • Process logs allow you to track such information, as ID, server, process ID, time, instance, activity name and type, action, document type, and properties.

You can access the process logs in WorkZone Configurator. On the start page, click Logs > Process logs, and then select the needed process instance ID from the droplist.
