View Index or Synchronization Log

The Index logs can be used to uncover any potential errors that might have been introduced during the creation or daily maintenance of the index.

To open the Index or Synchronization log

  1. On the WorkZone Content Server, press Start and type ScanSQL to open the ScanSQL form. You can also press ALT+R in windows to open the Run window and type ScanSQL.
  2. In the ScanSQL form, click SjBase > Text Indexes to open the Text Indexes form.
  3. In the Indexes field group, select the index you want to see the log for.
  4. In the Text Indexes form:
    • Click Index Log to view a log of the selected index.
    • Click Synchronization log to view a log of the synchronizations of the selected index.
