ServiceActivityDeadManLoopInterval Property

While waiting for watch or handle activity to run a background job will updated the Updated column on the workflow instance to be sure that the workflow is not regarded as faulted by the service agent process. If the DeadManLoopInterval is default(TimeSpan) no background job will be started.
