242062: The relation between the metadata document and the received document is incorrect

When WorkZone received a document from Interact, it was added as a supplementary document to the metadata document (the XML document). The relation is vice versa. The metadata document must be a supplementary document to the received document.

The form title is overwritten

When you send a form without a title, the title is overwritten with the Interact form + the reference number in WorkZone. The title should not be changed.
