About Contact lookup

Contact lookup (CPR and CVR) is a WorkZone module that manages the import of CPR contact data from the Danish Central Office of Civil Registration and CVR business data from the Danish Central Business Register into the WorkZone database, using KMD Logic as an intermediary.

The Contact lookup module is intended for WorkZone Cloud Edition customers with container-based (Azure AKS) setup. It is not compatible with on-premises WorkZone installations.

CPR/CVR Contact lookup vs. CPR Integration/CVR Integration

The functionality of the modules for WorkZone end users is identical.

The main difference is that CPR/CVR Contact lookup works with WorkZone Cloud Edition container-based installations, while CPR Integration/CVR Integration work with on-premises WorkZone installations.

Enable Contact lookup

The Contact lookup module is part of the WorkZone installation, but it is disabled by default, so you must enable it manually.

In WorkZone Configurator, enable the following feature settings:

  • Client > Contact lookup
  • Client > Contact lookup > CPR,
  • Client > Contact lookup > CVR,
  • Content Server > Contact lookup.
Important:

Make sure to disable the Client > CPR Integration, Client > CVR Integration, Content Server > CPR Integration and Content Server > CVR Integration features, as they will override the Contact lookup settings.
