Contact update - CPR
Contact update is a WorkZone module that manages the import of CPR contact data from the Danish Central Office of Civil Registration (CPR), into the WorkZone database, using KMD Logic as an intermediary.
The Contact update module is intended for WorkZone Cloud Edition customers with container-based (Azure AKS) setup. It is not compatible with on-premises WorkZone installations.

Install, configure and enable the CPR update module
Before the CPR update functionality can be used, the following installation and configuration steps must be completed:
- Configure the Datafordeler (Datafordeler)
- Configure the KMD Logic platform (KMD Logicplatform)
- Configure CPR Update OAuth2 credentials (WorkZone Configurator)
- Enable Contact update - CPR (WorkZone Configurator).
CPR Datafordeler and KMD Logic
The CPRUpdate module does not connect directly to the Danish National Register's CPR Datafordeler, but utilizes the KMD Logic platform to connect to the CPR Datafordeler and manage the connection and filter the CPR data imports.
The KMD Logic platform increases update performance by selecting which data from the CPR Datafordeler is applicable to the WorkZone CPR contacts, which reduces the amount of irrelevant data the WorkZone system must process before importing.
The use of the KMD Logic platform and CPR Datafordeler are currently both free of charge, but in both cases, an account must be created and the subscription or connection must be configured correctly to import CPR data into WorkZone. A valid FOCES certificate is also required to identify and validate the WorkZone connection.
