Flagged items
About flagged items
You can flag cases, documents and contacts, and have them displayed on a list. This way you can distinguish certain list items from the rest, for any purposes. For example, you can flag the items that you find most relevant to a particular case, or items that you would like to work first on, or items that you would like to share with someone later. You can flag and unflag items at any time.
Tip: Add the Is flagged column to your lists to see the icon for your flagged items. See Display or hide columns on lists.
On the detail pages and in lists, a flag icon indicates if an item is already flagged.
