Users
(for WorkZone Cloud Edition, using Microsoft Azure Active Directory)
You can view a list of all users in your WorkZone Cloud Edition system, and define the unit one or more user are assigned to. The units must be created beforehand in WorkZone Configurator > Organization > Organizational units.
The users listed here originate from your Microsoft Azure Active Directory where they are created and maintained. On-premise WorkZone installations must use the Users page in the Security section. (See the See Also section below).
- On the start page, click Organization.
- Select the Users tab. A list of all users in your WorkZone system is displayed, showing each user's ID, full name, UPN, current unit and the dates for when the user data was last modified in WorkZone Configurator and the date the changes were effectuated.

- Select the Users tab. A list of all users in your WorkZone system is displayed, showing each user's Name code, Name, UPN, unit, Last Modified date and Effectuated date.
- Click Actions and then Edit for the user you want to assign to a unit.
- In the Edit user properties form > Unit field, select the unit you want to assign a user to.
- Click Save to save your changes and close the form.
- On the start page, click Organization.
- Select the Users tab. A list of all users in your WorkZone system is displayed, showing each user's Name code, Name, UPN, unit, Last Modified date and Effectuated date.
- Click the check box next to the Name code field to select all units or click the Actions button to select one or more users and then click Edit in the lower right hand corner to open the Edit user properties form.
- In the Edit user properties form > Unit field, select the unit you want to assign the users to.
- Click Save to save your changes and close the form.
- On the start page, click Organization.
- Select the Users tab. A list of all users in your WorkZone system is displayed, showing each user's Name code, Name, UPN, unit, Last Modified date and Effectuated date.
- Click Actions and then Edit for the user you want to remove from a unit.
- In the Edit user properties form > Unit field, click the X to clear the field.
- Click Save to save your changes and close the form.

- Select the Users tab. A list of all users in your WorkZone system is displayed, showing each user's Name code, Name, UPN, unit, Last Modified date and Effectuated date.
