External services

Important:
  • This functionality is only available in WorkZone Configurator 2024.0 Hotfix 02.
  • For shared mailboxes, WorkZone 365 functionality is only supported with Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 and Microsoft Exchange Server Online. If you use Exchange Server Online, no additional configuration is needed.
Prerequisite: To configure external services, you must have the CONFIGADM access code.

On this page you can configure the Microsoft Exchange server URLs allowed to be called from the WorkZone 365 server. This is required, if your organization wants to use WorkZone 365 with shared mailboxes on the Exchange server 2019.

  1. On the start page, select Services > External services.
  2. In the right bottom corner, click Create. The Create external service dialog box opens.
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • From the Type droplist, select Exchange.
    • Under Service URL, enter the URL of your Exchange server 2019.
  4. Click Create.

  2. Point to the service that you want to edit. A menu bar with action buttons appears.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Perform the needed edits.
  5. Click Save.

  2. Point to the service that you want to delete. A menu bar with action buttons appears.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Delete in the confirmation dialog.
