WorkZone Explorer enables users to manage multiple cases and documents from the MicrosoftFile Explorer .
WorkZone Explorer uses the Web Document Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) protocol to access and edit cases and documents.
Common operations on cases and documents, such as creating and renaming cases and documents, can be performed in WorkZone Explorer.
Document editors that support the WebDAV protocol (for example Microsoft Office or Notepad) can be used to open, edit and save documents directly into WorkZone.
Note: We cannot guarantee that all editors that support the WebDAV protocol can be used in combination with WorkZone Explorer. If your organization plans to use other editors than MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Notepad, we recomment that you test them first to see if they are compatible with WorkZone Explorer.
