Edit task from a PDF view (, extended and advanced submissions only)
You can edit or annotate your tasks in the PDF editor directly from a PDF view. Your edited PDF copy will be saved as a new document on the task. In this way you can suggest your changes without editing the original document. Also, this allows multiple users to add their edits as separate PDF copies of the same task.
Prerequisite:
- WorkZone PDF.
- WorkZone Process version 2023.2 HF01 or later.
- This functionality is only available for extended and advanced submissions created in WorkZone version 2023.2 or later.
- You must be online.
- Documents must have a PDF-convertible file format. See Supported document formats.
- Documents must be unprotected.
- You must have write permission to the task.
See Edit task from a PDF view (, extended and advanced submissions only).

Improvements to the case details view
The three quick action buttons: Call , Email , and Map are now available on the case party details page, so you can quickly call, email or view the address of the selected case party on the map. See View case party details.
View case parties and their details
On the new Parties tab for Cases, you can view case parties (that is, contacts on the selected case) and their details. See View case party details.
Share images to WorkZone cases with the WorkZone Mobile app ()
You can upload the images on your mobile device to WorkZone cases. This way you can save on a WorkZone case any related images or, for example, a screenshot of an important text message. You can specify the default case to save the images to, with the possibility to select a different case every time you share some images. See Save images to WorkZone cases.
