Enable the Contact update - CVR

When the CVR Update module has been installed in WorkZone and configured to connect to the KMD Logic platform, you can enable the Contact update - CVR module for all WorkZone users.

Enable the Contact update - CVR

The Contact update module is part of the initial WorkZone installation, but it is disabled by default, so you must enable it manually.

In WorkZone Configurator, enable the following feature settings:

  • Content Server > Contact update
  • Content Server > Contact update > CVR
Important:

Make sure to disable the Client > CVR Integrationand Content Server > CVR Integration features, as they will override the Contact update.

Once the Contact Update - CVR module is enabled, all existing CVR and Production unit contacts in WorkZone will subscribe to updates from the Danish Central Business Register and will be updated accordingly. If your organization has many CVR and production unit contacts, the update may take some time to complete and may have a noticeable impact on network performance.

All new CVR and Production unit contacts created after the Contact update - CVR module has been enabled, will automatically subscribe to updates from the Danish Central Business Register.

Disabling the Contact update - CVR module

If you later disable the Contact update - CVR module, all existing CVR and Production unit contact data will remain as it was when the module was disabled, and all subscriptions for future updates from the Danish Central Business Register will be canceled.
