About process packages

All standard process packages are deployed by default. The table below gives you an overview of which standard processes and service workflows are included in each of the process packages. Only the Basis process package is enabled by default. You can enable the other process packages in WorkZone Configurator.

Enable process packages

You enable process packages in WorkZone Configurator.

  1. In WorkZone Configurator, go to Global > Feature settings > WorkZone Process.
  2. Select the check box next to the process package that you want to enable.

Add customized process packages

You can add customized process packages in WorkZone Configurator. Go to Process > Process packages to add a package. See Process packages in the WorkZone Configurator Guide. You enable customized process packages in the same way you add standard process packages.
