Configure Datafordeler - CVR

CVR and Production unit contact data is imported from the Danish Central Business Register using Datafordeler. Because of this, you must configure the Datafordeler service user correctly to subscribe to CVR-based events. You can create a new service user for WorkZone, and then configure the service user to subscribe to CVR-based events.

Prerequisite: You must have a Datafordeler account to create and configure a service user.
  1. Log in to your Datafordeler account with your Datafordeler user name and password (you can reuse your organization’s Datafordeler account). If you do not have a Datafordeler account, you must create one.
  2. In the Datafordeler, create a service user for the WorkZone. The service user must use an OCES3 certificate as authentication and you must upload your OCES3 certificate when you create the service user. You can reuse the OCES3 certificate used for CVR integration, or you can request a new OCES3 certificate to be used for CVR updates only.
    • If you request a new OCES3 certificate for CVR updates only, you must wait until you have received the certificate file, as the certificate file must be uploaded to Datafordeler.
    • If you use multiple OCES3 certificates, make sure to use the correct OCES3 certificate file for the appropriate service user and to store the certificates in a safe location.

  1. In WorkZone Configurator, go to Services > Datafordeler certificates.
  2. Go to the CVR tab to upload the certificate.

Once you have created a Datafordeler service user, you must create a new event with the following values:

Select which notification type the service user will subscribe to.

Each Beskedtype can only be selected separately.

As a minimum, the following must be selected:

  • ProduktionsenhedCreate
  • VirksomhedCreate
  • AdresseringCreate
  • BrancheCreate
  • NavnCreate

It is strongly recommended that you subscribe to all Beskedtyper to ensure the CVR Update module receives all potential updates.
