Important: Microsoft removed Exchange Server 2019 from mainstream support on the 9th of January 2024 and has not yet announced a replacement. Therefore, WorkZone will continue to support Exchange Server 2019, until a new support plan is announced with at least six months notice. If you have any further questions, please reach out to your contact person in KMD WorkZone.

WorkZone Content Server must be able to access the Exchange Online server using the account used to send smartmails. Note: For WorkZone 365, the mail categories for emails saved to WorkZone are only supported for regular inbox folders (for shared mailboxes, mail categories are not supported yet).

The following legacy services are not available in WorkZone Cloud Edition:
- XDI-Port
- SOMASP
- FESD services
- Import Manager
- InfoScan
