CPR/CVR modules overview

This topic provides an overview of the CVR and CPR modules and which feature settings to turn on to enable or disable CPR and CVR modules in WorkZone Configurator.

Cloud (Azure AKS)

Contact lookup

  1. In WorkZone Configurator, go to Global > Feature settings

  2. To enable contact lookup, turn on the following feature settings:

    Client:

    • Contact lookup

    • Contact lookup > CPR

    • Contact lookup > CVR

    Content Server:

    • Contact lookup

Contact update

  1. In WorkZone Configurator, go to Global > Feature settings

  2. To enable contact update, turn on the following feature settings:

    Content Server:

    • Contact update

    • Contact update > CPR

    • Contact update > CVR

Important: Make sure to turn off these on-premises feature settings:
  • Client > CPR Integration

  • Client > CVR Integration

  • Content Server > CPR Integration

  • Content Server > CVR Integration

If these settings are turned on, they will override the Contact lookup and Contact update feature settings.

Transition from WorkZone on-premises

If you are transitioning from WorkZone on-premises to a WorkZone Cloud Edition or a container-based (Azure AKS) setup, please be aware that WorkZone does not use event-based subscription to synchronize CPR data. All CPR data are synchronized to WorkZone, but any events that you have subscribed to in Datafordeler are ignored.
