WorkZone container-based on-premises support matrix

- macOS Sequoia 15 has been added.
- macOS Monterey 12 is no longer supported.
- Oracle 21 is no longer supported.
- Oracle 23ai has been added.
- WorkZone 2024.5 is the last version that supports Windows node pools for Windows Server 2019. Please upgrade to Windows Server 2022 before next release. See Microsoft article Upgrade the OS version for your Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Windows workloads.
- The support matrix now also shows our latest mobile app: WorkZone Mobile (New) app.
- iOS 18 and Android 14 versions have been added.
- Due to the lack of support by the development framework Xamarin for the iOS 17 SDK, no updates will be provided for the WorkZone Mobile app after the April 29, 2025.
- TLS version is now version 1.3.

Important: Microsoft removed Exchange Server 2019 from mainstream support on the 9th of January 2024 and has not yet announced a replacement. Therefore, WorkZone will continue to support Exchange Server 2019, until a new support plan is announced with at least six months notice. WorkZone must be able to access the Exchange Online server with the account that is used to send smartmails. For WorkZone 365, the mail categories for emails saved to WorkZone are only supported for regular inbox folders (for shared mailboxes, mail categories are not supported yet). |

Unavailable services
The following legacy services are not available in WorkZone Cloud Edition:
- XDI-Port
- SOMASP
- FESD services
- Import Manager
- InfoScan
It is possible to run ServerSkan if you install ServerScan Directory Watcher Service that uploads scanned documents and their metadata to cases in WorkZone. See Install and configure ServerScan Directory Watcher Service.
