About the SOR integration
The SOR integration synchronizes data from Sundhedsvæsenets Organisations Register (SOR) into WorkZone, the Danish healthcare sector's organization register. When enabled and configured, the contact name, SOR code, address, email address, and phone number will be automatically synchronized with WorkZone contacts of the type H SOR unit. After synchronization, new contacts are created and existing contacts are updated in WorkZone. The WorkZone contacts are restricted by access code, which means that users cannot edit or delete SOR contacts in WorkZone.
- Only contacts with the NAME_TYPE H SOR unit will be automatically updated.
WorkZone synchronizes with SOR based on two CSV files that are made available by Sundhedsdatastyrelsen (Danish Health Authority):
