Contact synchronization

You can configure import and update of contact data from the different contact registers that WorkZone supports such as CPR, CVR, and SOR.

  1. On the start page, go to Services > Contact synchronization.

  2. Click the tab that corresponds to the register that you want WorkZone to synchronize with, and fill in the settings.

  3. Click the Schedule tab if you want to configure when the CVR and SOR synchronization should happen.

Schedule

If your organization synchronizes contact data with CVR or SOR, you can schedule when to perform the synchronization.

CPR

You can configure CPR settings and Datafordeler certificates.

CPR Lookup settings

If your organization uses CPR Lookup, you can configure if you want to see related contacts from the CPR register.

Prerequisite: To configure CPR Lookup settings, you must have the CONFIGADM access code.

CPR Lookup settings

Show related contacts: Enable this option to see related contacts from the CPR register when adding new contacts or parties in WorkZone Client. When this option is disabled, results will only display a strict match of your search string.

Datafordeler certificates

Prerequisite: To configure Datafordeler certificates settings, you must have the CONFIGADM access code.

You can view the expiration date of the current Datafordeler certificate that is used for CPR synchronization. Additionally, you can add and configure the Datafordeler certificate and specify whether to use public or private company access to Datafordeler.

Add or update a certificate

  1. Under Certificate, select the certificate file from your file system.
  2. Under Password, enter password for the selected certificate.
  3. Optionally, you can specify whether to use public or private access to CPR data. Enable the Is private option, if you require private company access to Datafordeler. This option is disabled by default.
  4. Click Save.

CVR

You can configure Datafordeler certificates.

Datafordeler certificates

Prerequisite: To configure Datafordeler certificates settings, you must have the CONFIGADM access code.

You can view the expiration date of the current Datafordeler certificate that is used for CVR synchronization and add and configure the Datafordeler certificate.

  1. Under Certificate, select the certificate file from your file system.
  2. Under Password, enter password for the selected certificate.
  3. Click Save.

SOR

You can manage the import and update of data from SOR (Sundhedsvæsenets Organisations Register). SOR is the Danish healthcare sector's organization register.

Field Description
SOR integration enabled Turn on, if you want to enable synchronization of SOR contact data into WorkZone.
Force full synchronization on nearest update If the field is turned on, a full synchronization of SOR contacts in to WorkZone will be performed regardless of whether it has been done previously.
Full import URL

Enter the URL for full import of SOR data. The current URL is:

https://sor-filer.sundhedsdata.dk/sor2_produktion/V1_00/data/SorEntity_daily.csv

Click Test connection to ensure that the URL works.

Daily import URL

Enter the URL for daily import of SOR data.The current URL is:
https://sor-filer.sundhedsdata.dk/sor2_produktion/V1_00/data/SorEntity_daily.csv

Click Test connection to ensure that the URL works.

Type of contacts to synchronize

SOR data can only be synchronized with the H SOR unit contact type.
