Template services

Prerequisite: To configure template services, you must be assigned the CONFIGADM access code.

If your organization uses Documotor or Templafy (Templafy One or Templafy Hive) to store and manage your Microsoft Office templates, you can create Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents in WorkZone Client based on one of your organization's Documotor or Templafy templates.   1. On the start page, select Services > Template services.
  2. Point to the service that you want to edit, and click Edit.
  3. In the Template service dialog, enter the URL to your template service, including your tennant ID, in the following format:
    • For Documotor: https://[documotor_server/units/[unitID]?integrationId=[integrationID]
    • For Templafy: https://[tenantID].templafy.com/documents?ExternalSystemId=workzone
  4. Click Save.
