This page provides an overview of third party products and releases that WorkZone no longer support as of the 2025.0 release. It also includes important information about upcoming desupport plans.

Microsoft Office 2019 and 2021	WorkZone 365 will transition to supporting only the two most recent Microsoft Office versions: Microsoft 365 and Office 2024. Consequently, support for Office 2019 and 2021 will be discontinued. We recommend using Microsoft 365. Its continuous platform updates allow us to enhance and extend WorkZone 365 capabilities as new Microsoft 365 features become available. Note that the WorkZone for Office support matrix remains unchanged.
OAuth2	Oauth2 will be replaced with Microsoft Azure authentication. If you have integrations that use Oauth2, you will need to refactor them to use Azure authentication. This change affects both third party and custom integrations.
WorkZone Mobile (old app)	Due to the lack of support by the development framework Xamarin for the iOS 17 SDK, no updates will be provided for WorkZone Mobile (old app) after the April 29, 2025.

Microsoft Office 2019 and 2021

WorkZone 365 will transition to supporting only the two most recent Microsoft Office versions: Microsoft 365 and Office 2024. Consequently, support for Office 2019 and 2021 will be discontinued.
