Case and document index

Prerequisite: You must be assigned the CONFIGADM access code to access the Case and document index page.

If your organization uses Case- and document index supporting system (Fælleskommunalt Sags- og Dokumentindeks in Danish), on this page you can define which WorkZone cases should be synchronized with the supporting system. You do that by selecting a saved search that will be used as filter when a case- and document agent will synchronize data with the supporting system.

Select a synchronization filter

  1. On the start page, select FK Supporting Systems.
  2. Click the Case and document index tab.
  3. From the dropdown, select a saved search to use as a filter when synchronizing WorkZone data with the supporting system.

Your changes will be saved.
