Document formats supported in preview (iOS only)

In WorkZone Mobile (New), users can preview documents that are attached to tasks. When the user taps a document title, the document viewer displays the documents in PDF format.

The following document formats can be previewed on iOS devices: .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .txt, .csv, .pdf, .jpeg, .png.

Note:

  • Microsoft Excel documents, image files (.jpeg, .png), and .txt files open in Quick Look as the display quality is better than the PDF format.
  • Documents that cannot be converted to PDF, for example video and audio files, open in the original format.
