Turn on this setting to only synchronize CPR contacts when they are parties on open cases. To comply with GDPR according to Datatilsynet (The Danish Data Protection Agency), the Contact update - CPR module only synchronizes contact information from Datafordeler to contacts that are parties on open cases. The setting is turned on by default. If you turn off the setting, all contact information is synchronized regardless of whether the cases are open or closed. Note: : If closed cases are reopened, the contacts on the reopened cases will be synchronized during the next scheduled contact synchronization update. If immediate updates of contact information on the reopened cases are needed, you can update the contacts manually using CPR lookup.
