WorkZone Mobile (New) allows you to access your task list and work with your WorkZone tasks from mobile devices. View task details and documents, add comments, edit Microsoft documents in the relevant Microsoft 365 app, annotate PDFs, add or remove task documents, approvers or workflow steps, take over, approve, or reject tasks with ease. More functionality will follow in the upcoming releases.
