The settings page

You can find the settings page in the upper right corner of WorkZone One. Click your profile picture and select Settings. On the settings page, you can configure language settings and specify default behavior when you make actions in WorkZone. You can also customize the appearance and theme of your WorkZone interface.

General settings

Under general settings, you can change your language settings and define standard behavior when you create a case and open a document.

Language

Choose a language setting for WorkZone One. The language will switch immediately when you choose it.

Default action after case creation

Here you can specify whether to stay on the page, you are on when you create a new case, or to open the case page of the new case when you create it. The default setting is Ask me, which means that WorkZone will ask you if you either want to navigate to the case or stay on your current page. When this message pops up, you have the option to select Remember my choice. When you select this option, your general settings will be updated with your choice.

Open documents in...

Here you can specify which editor version you want to open a WorkZone document in when you click Open. You can choose to always open in the Browser or Desktop version of the editor. The default setting is Ask me, which means that WorkZone will ask you if you either want to open the document in the browser version or in the desktop version. When this message pops up, you have the option to select Remember my choice. When you select this option, your general settings will be updated with your choice.

Interface and theme

Under these settings, you can customize the appearance and color theme of your WorkZone One interface.

Appearance

You can choose to view WorkZone One in either Light or Dark mode. You can also select System if you want the appearance of WorkZone to match your system preferences in your operating system.

Theme

You can choose between two color themes: Default and Colorful.
