Improved login experience

After you have logged in to WorkZone in one of the Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) via Entra ID, your credentials are remembered, so you do not need to re-enter them again when you open a Microsoft Office app next time.

Content controls for merging case and document information to Word templates now include case and document custom fields of the Unique type. See Templates and content controls.

Prerequisite: Case and document custom fields with the Unique type can be set up by administrators in WorkZone Configurator (under Case > Custom fields and Document > Custom fields). See WorkZone Configurator Guide for more information.
