The Delete Log
When a WorkZone item (case, contact or document) is deleted, either permanently or just sent to the recycle bin, a log of the delete action is created in order to document the deletion for later control and registration. The item, type of action, type of item, date and time of deletion and the user who deleted the item are registered in the Delete log.
If a case or document was deleted automatically, the user who deleted the item will be registered as the system user SJPURGEUSER.
