The first WorkZone Cloud Edition cloud location focuses on Europe, specifically the parts of Europe where the EU GDPR is in force. Other cloud locations can be added as required - within the borders of the European Union as well as the rest of world.

The ISO standards and the EU GDPR are expected to meet most organizations' needs but some organizations may have specialized needs and requirements. In these cases, WorkZone Cloud Edition can also be deployed as a private cloud.

KMD A/S and WorkZone are compliant in the following ISO standards:

ISO 27001

WorkZone Cloud Edition is compliant with the overall KMD Corporate Compliance program.

KMD A/S is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information technology — Security techniques — Information security management systems — Requirements.
