WorkZone Process

Before deploying WorkZone Process, ensure that the following prerequisites are fulfilled.

Prerequisites

• A retention policy with the retention policy code NONE must exist in the Retention Policies register in the active domain. The retention policy must not have an end date.

• The SJ-TEMP case group exists and must be configured to allow case creation.
