The data model - registers
The WorkZone data model consists of three central registers:
- File (Case)
- Record (Document)
- Contact (Contacts)
Registers can be individual registers or contain relations to other registers. Files are usually the initial point of contact for relations to other registers.
All three registers have a 1-to-Many relation to the other registers.
A case can have multiple parties
A party can be assigned a role in multiple cases.
Relations
Documents can be locked on cases
Cases and documents can have parties assigned to them
Parties can be inter-related
