Auto-updated Word fields
When WorkZone PDF converts documents to PDF, it automatically triggers specific Word fields to update. This is to generate a PDF document that contains the most recent information. The Word fields are updated during the conversion in the whole document, including Header and Footer.
Important:
Word fields in the archived documents (ARK, UL, or AFS) are not updated during the conversion.
