Configure validation of contact points
Each time the Digital Post message handler service workflow is started, it validates that the contact hierarchy in the Digital Post's Administrativ Adgang matches the mapping of Digital Post mailboxes and cases that are configured in WorkZone Configurator. See the ValidationHour and ValidateAtStartup parameters and Map mailboxes to cases.
If the validation finds a Digital Post mailbox that does not exist in the WzpEboksMailMap register, it is created and shown in WorkZone Configurator, and a warning is inserted in the event log:
"The contact mailbox <name of mailbox> with the mailbox <ID> is added to the Digital Post mail map. Must be configured."
If a mailbox already exists in the WzpMailMaps register and is shown in WorkZone Configurator but it is not yet configured, a warning is also added in the event log:
"The contact mailbox <name of mailbox> is not configured in the Digital Post mail map."
In both cases, you need to complete the configuration in WorkZone Configurator.
