Artificial Intelligence (AI) in WorkZone 2026.1

Artificial Intelligence (AI) aims to create human-like intelligence in computers, teaching computers to recognize patterns in data and minimize the discrepancy between prediction and reality.

In KMD, we aim to make AI a standard, trusting, valuable and usable component of WorkZone, that can optimize and improve user experience in many tasks and areas. For example:

  • Repetitive tasks
  • Control and compliance
  • Insight and analysis
  • Decision support.

Having identified a large number of use cases that can be improved with AI, we are constantly working on building a common AI platform in WorkZone. In 2023.3 version of WorkZone, we release the first AI-based module, AI - Suggest redaction for WorkZone Client, that offers automated detection and marking of personal identifiable information in PDF documents. More of the AI modules are currently developed and will be added to future WorkZone versions.
