Availability

Availability means that WorkZone Cloud Edition can be accessed through a client with internet access.

You can choose between standard or high availability.

Monitoring

WorkZone Cloud Edition is fully monitored and uses technology that ensures proactive correction of potential issues, which would otherwise require manual intervention.

The application and database layer are monitored with tools that have been designed specifically for WorkZone Cloud Edition. Warnings and alerts will be sent to the WorkZone DevOps team or solution administrator.

In addition to monitoring, the WorkZone database is built with ATP (Autonomous Transaction Processing) technology from Oracle. This is a database technology which is partly auto managed and can scale to adjust to the requirements of WorkZone.
