PDF reports

On this page, you can manage the reports in WorkZone. The page lists both standard and custom reports. You can create, edit and delete custom reports. Standard reports are marked with Yes in the Standard column and cannot be edited or deleted.

When you have added a custom report it will be available to users in the WorkZone client.

Add a custom report

  1. On the start page, click PDF.
  2. On the PDF report tab, click Create.
  3. In the Create PDF report dialog, Fill in the following fields:
    • Name – Enter a name for the report.
    • Description – Enter a description of the report.
    • Standard – The setting is turned of for custom reports
    • Default output - Select a default output: PDF, HTML, or Power BI.
    • Entity type - Select the entity that you want ...
    • OData queries - Insert an OData query that you want to generate custom data.
    • Parameters -
  1. Create a template. You can select a new template from your local drive or select an existing template in WorkZone.

  2. Select the culture that match the culture of the selected template.

  3. Click Create to add the report.
