Contact synchronization
You can configure import and update of contact data from the contact registers that WorkZone supports such as CPR, CVR, SOR, and BFE.
In WorkZone Configurator, go to Services > Contact synchronization.
Configure synchronization

Click the Schedule tab to configure when the synchronization of CPR, CVR and SOR runs.

Click a tab (CPR, CVR or SOR) to configure settings for that register.
Configure authentication
Click the Auth profiles tab to create authentication profiles for each Datafordeler configuration (CPR, CVR, and BFE ). Note that SOR is not managed by Datafordeler.
Expand the sections below to see specific settings.
If your organization synchronizes contact data with CPR, CVR or SOR, you can schedule when to perform the synchronization.

CPR lookup settings
If your organization uses CPR Lookup, you can configure if you want to see related contacts from the CPR register.

Turn on this setting to automatically add and update contacts with legal guardians and parental custodians. Legal guardians and parental custodians are added as contact references. This is setting is not supported in this release. See known issue. |

Turn on this setting to only synchronize CPR contacts when they are parties on open cases. To comply with GDPR according to Datatilsynet (The Danish Data Protection Agency), the Contact update - CPR module only synchronizes contact information from Datafordeler to contacts that are parties on open cases. The setting is turned on by default. If you turn off the setting, all contact information is synchronized regardless of whether the cases are open or closed. Note: : If closed cases are reopened, the contacts on the reopened cases will be synchronized during the next scheduled contact synchronization update. If immediate updates of contact information on the reopened cases are needed, you can update the contacts manually using CPR lookup.

Sets an end date on contacts with CPR status code 90 (Deceased). The setting is enabled by default. When enabled:
This means that contacts with status code 90 cannot be added to cases. When disabled:
This means that contacts with status code 90 can be added to cases. |
Private company access
You can specify whether to use public or private access to CPR data. Enable the Private company option, if you require private company access to Datafordeler. This option is disabled by default.

To remove authentication settings, click Delete. The Profile ID field is cleared and legacy settings including old certificate settings are removed. The profile itself is not deleted.

Use this tab to manage the import and update of data from SOR (Sundhedsvæsenets Organisations Register). SOR is the Danish healthcare sector's organization register.

Use this tab to configure certificates to access BFE (Bestemt Fast Ejendom). Bestemt Fast Ejendom (BFE) is a register used to identify and register real estate in Denmark. Each property has a unique BFE number, which is used to track and manage properties.

Use tab to create authentication profiles for each configuration that Datafordeler supports. You can configure either Client ID/Client Secret or certificate/password.
Prerequisite:
To configure authentication profiles, you must be assigned the CONFIGADM, CERTADM , and SECRETADM access codes.
Create authentication profiles
- On the Authentication profiles tab, click
Create.
- In the Profile ID field, enter a name for the authentication profile.
- In the Supported configuration types field, select the configuration (CPR, CVR, or BFE).
- For GraphQL, specify a token endpoint for the environment and the authentication type. Different GraphQL configurations can use different token endpoints.
- Depending on the API type:
- GraphQL (ClientSecret): Enter Client ID and Client Secret. You create the ClientID/Client secret in the Datafordeler administration tool.
- GraphQL (certificate): Enter Client ID, upload a certificate, and enter the certificate password.
- REST: Upload a certificate and enter the certificate password.
Upload a certificate
If your current Datafordeler certificate is expired, you can upload a new certificate to the authentication profile.
- Point to the profile that you want to upload the certificate to and click
Edit.
- In the Certificate field, select the certificate file from your file system.
- In the Password field, enter the password for the selected certificate.
- Click Save.
View the certificate expiry date
You can view the expiration date of the current Datafordeler certificate, depending on how the certificate was added:

If you added the certificate using an authentication profile, go to Global > Certificates to check the expiry date.

If you added the certificate by uploading it directly on CPR, CVR, and BFE tabs you can view the expiry date on the respective tab (before version 2026.1).
If the certificate has expired, you can upload a new certificate to the selected authentication profile on the Auth profile tab.
