The table below provides an overview of the WorkZone 365 features that are available from Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office 365 add-ins.

WorkZone 365 Office add-ins

In Microsoft Office 2021, Office 2024, and Office 365 all WorkZone 365 features are supported with one exception:

When you create a new document in Microsoft Word and save it to WorkZone, the draft document will remain open in all versions, except for Office 365 (desktop).
