Work with agenda items (FirstAgenda Management)

You can create and view FirstAgenda agenda items, and preview their details directly from the relevant WorkZone cases.

Prerequisite:
  • Your organization must have an account and user profiles set up with FirstAgenda Management.
  • Your WorkZone administrator must configure the FirstAgenda Management settings in WorkZone Configurator > Services > Agenda Management settings.

To create and view FirstAgenda agenda items, you will be prompted to log in to FirstAgenda Management. Agenda items and attached documents that you create in the FirstAgenda from WorkZone, are also created in FirstAgenda Management.

View an agenda item

  1. Open the case page.
  2. Click the Meeting preparation tab.
  3. Click title of the agenda item that you want to view. The preview pane will open, showing the most important details of this agenda item in FirstAgenda Management.

Create a new agenda item

  1. Open the case page.
  2. Click the Meeting preparation tab.
  3. Click Add agenda item.
  4. In the Add Agenda item dialog:
    • Enter the Title of your agenda item.
    • Select a Committee from the drop down list.
    • Select a Meeting from the drop down list.
    • Select the Agenda to apply to the agenda item.
    • Select the Item type to apply to the agenda item.
      Note: :The committees, meetings, meeting agendas, and item types, that you select for the agenda item, do not refer to WorkZone contacts or meetings, but are items that are created and maintained in the FirstAgenda Management.
    • Optionally, add one or more documents from the current case to the agenda item.
      1. Click the Documents drop down and select the needed documents from the list.
        • Start typing the name of the document to filter the list.
      2. By default, the documents are added as Enclosures. If needed, click the Enclosure drop down, and select another value (for example, Item presentation or Minute).
  5. Click Save.
