Favorites
About favorites
You can mark cases, documents, and contacts as your favorites. This way you can easily access them from the Favorites tab (under Favorite cases, Favorite documents, or Favorite contacts), as well as identify your favorite items in any other lists.
A star icon indicates if an item is already added to your favorites.

Add an item to favorites
You can add cases, documents, or contacts to your favorites, either from a list or from a case, document, or contact page.
- Click the icon next to an item to add this item to your favorites.
Remove an item from favorites
You can remove cases, documents, or contacts from your favorites, either from a list or from a case, document, or contact page.
- Click the icon next to an item to remove this item from your favorites.
