Search guidelines

  • Case sensitivity: You can use both uppercase and lowercase letters.
  • Single word search: If you type a single word, the search results will show all items (cases, documents, or contacts) that contain that word.
  • Multiple words search: If you type several words, the search results will show items that contain all words.
  • Exact search: In advanced search, you can search for an exact word combination, use double quotation marks. For example, "Frank Lloyd Wright".
Note: : If you cannot find a newly created document via a search, it may be because the document has not been indexed yet. If you want to find the document via a search before it has been indexed, try to search for text fields that are updated immediately such as the document title.
