Configure an advanced submission
The configuration of Submission (Advanced) parameters resembles the Submission (Extendend) parameters but the parameters that are used when the extended submission process is used as part of a phase process cannot be used for the advanced process.
- In WorkZone Configurator, click Process.
- Click Processes.
- Point to the Submission (Advanced) process, and click
Edit parameters.
- Specify the parameters that are relevant for the advanced submission process.

Moves to the next phase in the phase process when a submission starts. The default value is False. Do not use. |

PromoteBeforeClose |
Moves to the next phase in the phase process when the last approver has approved. The default value is False. Do not use. |

Moves to the next phase in the phase process when the submission ends. The default value is True. Do not use. |

DemoteOnReject |
Moves to the previous phase in the phase process if the submission is rejected. The default value is False. Do not use. |

The parameters ReportID, RecordType, RecordState, and TitleTemplate relate to the process history document. |

SuggestedTitle |
You can specify a title that will be suggested as default process title in the Start Submission (Advanced) dialog. See Configure a process title. |

NotificationsDefaultActions |
The default actions that will be selected on the Notifications tab in the Start Submission (Advanced) dialog. When the selected actions are performed in the submission process, notifications emails will be sent to the employees that the process owner has selected. UseSuggestedTitle |
Turn on this parameter if you want to use the suggested title. If turned off, the case title will be used as the process title. See Configure a process title. |
