Interact integration

WorkZone Process can retrieve data that users have entered in digital forms created with WorkZone Interact and automatically perform actions on cases, documents, and contacts.

Prerequisite: WorkZone Process must be configured to retrieve data from WorkZone Interact. It requires that an Interact connector service workflow is set up. See Interact integration in the WorkZone Process Administrator Guide.
