Feature setting overview

The following tables help to provide an overview of the feature settings you can enable or disable in WorkZone.

The table lists the all feature settings that are accessible through WorkZone Configurator, indicating if a feature setting is enabled during initial installation of WorkZone (Enabled by default). The table also provides a short description of the results of enabling or disabling the specific feature setting. Note that feature settings that cannot be disabled are also included in the table.

Finally, any other information relevant to the feature setting is listed in the Additional notes column.

Client

Activities			The Case Activities feature setting in WorkZone Process must also be enabled.
Advanced PDF	Y	If the feature is enabled The Advanced PDF pane is available in WorkZone Client to display and read PDF documents. The Preview pane which uses the standard WorkZone PDF Viewer is still available and set as the default PDF viewer. If the feature is disabled This feature cannot be disabled.	This is the free version of PDFTron (3^rd party product) which is included in the initial WorkZone installation. The Preview pane in WorkZone Client must be configured to display the Advanced PDF pane, which can also be made the default PDF viewer in WorkZone Client. Advanced PDF > Annotations		If the feature is enabled Annotation features are available in the Advanced PDF pane in WorkZone Client. If the feature is disabled Annotation features are not available in the Advanced PDF pane in WorkZone Client.	This functionality requires the purchase and installation of a separate Annotation and Redaction license to the 3^rd party product PDF Tron. See Also Installation and activation of PDF Tron
Advanced PDF > Annotations > Advanced editing		If the feature is enabled Annotation, redaction and advanced editing features are available in the Advanced PDF pane in WorkZone Client. If the feature is disabled Annotation, redaction and advanced editing features are not available in the Advanced PDF pane in WorkZone Client. Advanced PDF > Annotations > Redaction		If the feature is enabled Annotation and redaction features are available in the Advanced PDF pane in WorkZone Client. If the feature is disabled Annotation and redaction features are not available in the Advanced PDF pane in WorkZone Client. Agenda Management		This feature setting enables use of the Ditmwer Agenda Management module, a 3^rd party product. If the feature is enabled WorkZone Client users can create, edit and preview agenda items based on a case in WorkZone and also access, edit and maintain the same agenda items through the Agenda Management module by Ditmer. The Case preparation detail tab will be available in the Case detail page for Agenda Management tasks. If the feature is disabled WorkZone Client users can not create, edit and preview agenda items in WorkZone Users can access, edit and maintain agenda items only through the Agenda Management module by Ditmer. The Case preparation detail tab is not available in the Case detail page for Agenda Management tasks.	The Ditmer Agenda Management module is installed automatically when WorkZone is installed, but integration to the module is not enabled by default. System administrators must in addition to enabling the Agenda Management feature, also correctly set up and configure integration to Ditmer Agenda Management by defining correct OAuth2 framework URLs and credentials. If users want to access their agenda management items through the Agenda Management module by Ditmer instead of through WorkZone, Agenda Management log on credentials (user name and password) must also be obtained. Chat
CPR			The CPR Integration feature setting in WorkZone Content Server must also be enabled. A contract must be obtained with the hosting service provider for the CPR system. The contract contains essential log-in information for connection to the CPR system as well as permitting you to extract data from the CPR system. The CPR connection also be correctly configured in WorkZone. See Also About CPR Integration
CVR			The CVR Integration feature setting in WorkZone Content Server must also be enabled.The following must also be completed: Create contact types J and V in WorkZone Obtain a CVR Online subscription. Create and set up a Datafordeler service user. Obtain a FOCES certificate. Grant access to the Datafordeler website. See Also About CVR Integration

Meeting			The Meeting feature setting inWorkZone 365 > Microsoft Office > Outlook must also be enabled.
Notes
Office Online
Process			The feature settings relevant for your use of WorkZone Process must also be enabled.
Templafy integration		This feature setting enables use of Tempalfy, a 3^rd party product . If the feature is enabled Users can create Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint documents in in WorkZone Client based on your organization's Templafy templates. If the feature is disabled Users cannot create Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint documents based on Templafy templates. This affects only access to templates created and maintained using the Templafy 3^rd party product. Ordinary use of Microsoft Office, including use of ordinary Office templates, is unaffected.	Your organization must create a account at Templafy and Templafy log-in credentials (User name and password) must be available. Connection to Templafy must be correctly set up in WorkZone Configurator.
