Share images to WorkZone cases with the WorkZone Mobile app ()

You can upload the images on your mobile device to WorkZone cases. This way you can save on a WorkZone case any related images or, for example, a screenshot of an important text message. You can specify the default case to save the images to, with the possibility to select a different case every time you share some images. See Save images to WorkZone cases (iOS only).

Enhancements of the Case details view

  • Case documents are now shown with the most recently added documents first.
  • Case details information is now grouped into the Documents, Case activities, and Case details tabs.
  • Under Documents, you can scroll down to see all documents for a case. Previously, you could only see 50 documents.
