WorkZone Cloud Edition services
WorkZone Cloud Editionis based on WorkZone MSI for on-premises and has the same feature set with some exceptions mentioned here.
WorkZone Cloud Edition will be deviating from WorkZone MSI-based on-premises as new modules and features will be added gradually as container-only services. To use these features, there is a requirement to move from WorkZone MSI on-premises to a Container-based on-premises or Cloud setup of WorkZone.
Features only available in WorkZone Cloud Edition
- Contact lookup (CPR/CVR): Uses Datafordeler via KMDLogic.
- Contact update - CPR: Uses Datafordeler via KMDLogic.
Features pending support in WorkZone Cloud Edition
The features that are listed below are not yet supported in WorkZone Cloud Edition:

WorkZone Mass Dispatch - Will be added in WorkZone 2024.1 due November 2023.

WorkZone Scanning - Will be added upon request.
Desupported services in WorkZone Cloud Edition
A number of legacy services is not be available in WorkZone Cloud Edition, these are:
- XDI-Port
- SOMASP
- FESD services
- Import Manager
- InfoScan

Third-party products
Configure WorkZone Cloud Edition with the third-party products listed below. If you do not find a specific third-party product in the list, it should be assumed that it is not supported.
WorkZone Interact
WorkZone Interact 2.28.1 or later.
Transport Layer Security (TLS)
All WorkZone modules support TLS 1.2.
