About Contact lookup

Contact lookup (CPR and CVR) is a WorkZone module that manages the import of CPR contact data from the Danish Central Office of Civil Registration (Det Centrale Personregister) and CVR business data from the Danish Central Business Register (Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister) into WorkZone.

The Contact lookup module is intended for WorkZone Cloud Edition customers and customers with a container-based (Azure AKS) setup.

Configure Contact lookup

Before you can start using Contact lookup, you need to configure Datafordeler for CPR or CVR, or both depending on your organization’s needs. See Configure Datafordeler - CPR and Configure Datafordeler - CVR.

Enable Contact lookup

The Contact lookup module is disabled by default, so you must enable it before you can use it.

In WorkZone Configurator, go to Global > Feature settings and enable the following feature settings:

  • Client > Contact lookup
  • Client > Contact lookup > CPR
  • Client > Contact lookup > CVR
  • Content Server > Contact lookup.
Important:

Make sure to disable the Client > CPR Integration, Client > CVR Integration, Content Server > CPR Integration and Content Server > CVR Integration features, as they will override the Contact lookup settings.
